Trust yourself—more than you think you can.” This sentiment appeared repeatedly from our recent Fireside Chat, ‘Empowering Women and Emerging Talent in Reinsurance’, held at the SCOR Singapore office.
Supporting the career growth of women and younger professionals has always been one of our priorities. SRA’s sub-committees, Human Resource Sub-Committee (HRSC) and Women in Reinsurance (WiRE), recently hosted an engaging fireside session with Claire Le Gall-Robinson, Group Chief Corporate Officer and General Secretary and Cécile DEMAN-ENEL, Group Chief Human Resource Officer at SCOR.
The sharing included deep reflections on leadership, resilience, and navigating the complexities of building a career in global reinsurance. What participants valued most was the authenticity of the conversation: Several attendees shared that hearing these real experiences helped them rethink how they show up at work, advocate for themselves, and build their own leadership path.
