During our recent student visit to PartnerRe @PartnerRe and SCOR, over 30 students from NUS, NTU, and SMU explored the inner workings of reinsurance. From underwriting and actuarial work to data analytics and risk modelling, they also had the chance to engage directly with some business leaders in the industry.
Beyond understanding reinsurance concepts, our objective is to inspire the next generation to see how their skills can shape the future of risk and resilience. Building a strong talent pipeline is more important than ever, and events like these give students a first-hand sense of fulfilling career pathways ahead.
